Even though this contest
offered an "intellectual prize competition" that was not
gambling, it's been determined that too many states would still consider it "illegal"
because a fee was being paid for the chance to win a prize. Because
of the large number of states that are unable to participate, we have decided to
re-tool this contest so more states may participate. All participants who
previously entered this contest have received a full refund of their entry
fee.
